Broke a piece of my shifter They busted the button on my shifter then tried to cover it up by gluing it. I got back in my car only to receive sticky glue all over my hand. I understand things happen and I would've been understanding. But this experience has led me to turn in my Jeep and go back to being a Ford customer. My wife and I will never be Jeep customers again. Recall eco diesel Staff was friendly and scheduling was easy. However they had few details on how this recall would affect the performance, fuel consumption, def consum Staff was friendly and scheduling was easy. Also had oil change required light come on while traveling home. I am not due for 2000 more miles and they did the oil change. I called and they could not tell me why or if there was a new oil change interval after recall. Said I should come back in but was unable to that day. Overall they where as helpful as they could be but fiat Chrysler needs to do a better job informing there service teams for these type of recalls. It’s the only reason I would not give five stars.
