Ok, but could have been better. Been getting my oil changed here for 3 years now. Ever since I purchased the car. This was by far the worst experience I have had there. I stay at the dealership and wait for it to be done. Normally it's only a half hour or so on a busy day. It took over an hour before I finally went to the service desk to ask what was going on. I was told they only have 2 guys working. I was never checked on or informed it would be a while. When I got there they said they were waiting for it. I was 10 minutes early. Things have been going down hill at the service department for a while now. Needs improvement in communication. More

Happy with Service They got me in very quickly when another local dealer completely misdiagnosed my Durango. They diagnosed it and gave me a couple options and even told They got me in very quickly when another local dealer completely misdiagnosed my Durango. They diagnosed it and gave me a couple options and even told me the part that failed was non oem which I then figured out went back to a deer I hit last fall. Because of their honesty they ended up saving a lot of money. I can not say enough good things about Brennan. He is young ambitious and very friendly. As a manager myself my advice is to train him well and compensate him accordingly, you want to make sure he sticks around. More

Bad work done on an oil change!! Went in for just an oil change. The plug was not tightened and was leaking oil the air filter was not hooked back up to the engine and the antifreeze Went in for just an oil change. The plug was not tightened and was leaking oil the air filter was not hooked back up to the engine and the antifreeze over fill was empty and never filled. Thankfully I noticed the oil drip about 5 days later and checked everything over with my Husband and he ended up tightening the oil bolt and fixing everything else!! They would have been responsible for replacing a whole new motor, pretty shoddy work for something so simple! Not happy with the service department at all and you can count on my husband calling them and letting them know about it! More
