My new windshield I had a Gorilla glass windshield on my Wrangler JK and after 30 days it cracked, I went to the Parts department to see about exercising the 2 year war I had a Gorilla glass windshield on my Wrangler JK and after 30 days it cracked, I went to the Parts department to see about exercising the 2 year warranty and I had a hard time trying to get them to order it finally after about 4 weeks they finally got it for me and they did get it installed. Great Service Department Stopped in at the service department without an appointment and asked if a mechanic could drive my van as there was an unusual noise. I was expecting Stopped in at the service department without an appointment and asked if a mechanic could drive my van as there was an unusual noise. I was expecting nothing more than a possible answer as to the cause of the noise. A mechanic drove my van, diagnosed the problem and did the required repair. In with a noisy van with a problem and out 1.5 hrs. later without the noise and a properly functioning van. Ron in the service department was exceptionally courteous and accommodating. Many thanks. customer service not what it used to be I have taken my jeep in several times and had no issues. This time I took it in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have my check engine light loo I have taken my jeep in several times and had no issues. This time I took it in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have my check engine light looked at. I dropped it off the night before for my scheduled appointment the next morning. When i was finally contacted by an employee (an hour after calling them for an update) late afternoon, I was told that it need a few repairs and that they would try and get it repaired if not that day then the next. Well the next day came and went with no word from anyone. I called them at 8:30 a.m. Monday morning and was told they were working on it now and it would be done in a few hours. 5 hours later they called to let me know it was done. Then when picking it up the gentlemen waiting on me was too busy inputting something in the computer to greet me, then handed me the bill without telling me how much I owed, instead of finishing with me, he proceeded to wait on another customer. Needless to say I will not be using their services again. When I am paying hundred's of dollars I expect the customer service to be much better, We have purchased 2 jeeps from this dealer and i can tell you at this point I have no desire to take my Jeep back for service there again. More
Wasted my entire morning. Set an 8am appt. so I would be the first appt. of the day. It took 3 hours to change the oil and replace a seat cover. No updates. No apologies. The woman who entered the service area at the same time as me also had an 8am appt for an oil change and tire rotation that also took 3 hrs. If they cant staff appropriately on a Saturday then they should not open. More
