For the most part employees are friendly and helpful but the technicians are not concerned with taking care of the vehicle. I spent thousands of dollars on my vehicle and I take extra precautions to keep it the technicians are not concerned with taking care of the vehicle. I spent thousands of dollars on my vehicle and I take extra precautions to keep it clean but this is the second time in a row that I got an oil change and ended up with oil footprints in my driver's side floor mats and pedals. They used to use paper floor mats but apparently they don't take the time to do that anymore or someone cut expenses so they don't have them any more. I will probably go else where for future services. More

Had a steering rod issue that needed resolving. The service manager was very receptive and courteous and was able to get the issue diagnosed and resolved quickly after the parts were ordered. He was able to determine that a warranty I purchased was able to be applied to the service. I did find that my steering alignment seemed to be affected by the repair, but I didn't realized this until a day after the service. I let the service manager know about this and he told me to just bring it in when I can. I have still yet to do this as my schedule is busy but I hope it will be resolved once I bring it in. More
