This dealer has the poorest service department I have experienced. I would not reccomend them to my worst enemy. We had called ahead to schedule an oil change. My husband waiting in the waiting area for 2 HOURS and was never told the job was complete. We called on an oil change at a last minute request. We had no problem scheduling the appointment the same day. The desk service writer was very nice and polite.
