When I made my appointment, I specifically asked to have the oil changed and tires rotated. I stated that again when I brought my Jeep in. Paid for it and realized after I left the dealership, they had n the oil changed and tires rotated. I stated that again when I brought my Jeep in. He said I could bring it back in. I would have to take a day off work and 60 miles RT. Frustrated. More

Somewhat unsatisfied Was to rotate tires along with servicing. When was told car ready the man asked where unit to unlock the nuts on the tires was and told in car. Said couldn't find, but didn't want to go through all the stuff. On the service shieet it indicated tires tread was ok but getting low and needed new windshield wipers and new air filter. I was in the waiting room while service being done. They could have come to me and indicated the situation and it could have been resolved at that time. I feel there was a lack of professionalism and concern for the customer. Not sure about returning my vehicle there for future service. More
