Service was great, very friendly. Was not real impressed with your call center when I made appointment. I had to change appointment date, had to leave a message. When my call was returned it was coming from with your call center when I made appointment. I had to change appointment date, had to leave a message. When my call was returned it was coming from a Muskegon number, when I had called Mt. Pleasant. When I answered the person on the other end didn’t identify themselves or say where they were calling from. In fact she didn’t even know who she was calling! She was like “um, hi is ahhh...gee I can’t find who I’m calling for, someone needed to change an appointment?” Not very professional, was somewhat worried about keeping appointment, was hopeful the service department in Mt. Pleasant better than call center. More

Noticed oil drips on my driveway the morning after my oil change. Called the dealer to express my concern. Left voicemail asking for return call. No response. Oil all over the undercarriage.
