Setting up an appointment was easy. Service on the car was done in less than two hours from the time of drop off. Estimated cost was accurate. Service representative was pleasant. However the representative did not inform me of the estimated time it would take to repair. Representative did not offer me a ride home. I did not mind the exercise, but I could have avoided two 45-minute minute walks between the dealership in my home. I could have just waited at the dealership if I knew how short it would have taken. The issues with my Caliber have been a guessing game. The service center was great! They listened to my (probably bizarre) explanation as to what all was going on, then they did their diagnostics and thoroug service center was great! They were also understanding when I told them I’m just not sure yet if I want to put any more money into fixing this car, after having put approx $7,000 into repairs in the last 4-5yrs. I appreciate their professionalism & their patience with me as I absorb this information & try to decide what route I want to go next. (I still say take it out in a field & use it for target practice, or blow it up with a bunch of C4! Haha! More
Service was great, very friendly. Was not real impressed with your call center when I made appointment. I had to change appointment date, had to leave a message. When I answered the person on the other end didn’t identify themselves or say where they were calling from. In fact she didn’t even know who she was calling! She was like “um, hi is ahhh...gee I can’t find who I’m calling for, someone needed to change an appointment?” Not very professional, was somewhat worried about keeping appointment, was hopeful the service department in Mt. Pleasant better than call center. More
