not quite sure what to say..i'm assuming my rear brakes were taken care of and my oil changed..i say assuming because when i read through my paperwork it said part of the service was to top off fluids and were taken care of and my oil changed..i say assuming because when i read through my paperwork it said part of the service was to top off fluids and check wiper blades..yet when i got home and checked my same shredded wipers were still on..i forgot to ask them to change them for me then when i saw the tech said he checked i thought well maybe they changed them but forgot to charge me or ask me if i wanted new..but no..same old shredded blades..i also wasn't thrilled that it took a week to be able to get my jeep in for a recalled airbag which might i add i was told they had the parts for..but yet jeep stayed there overnight to make sure the brakes were done right..which i appreciate but then it was almost 3 pm the next day before it was finished..reason-they didn't have the parts for the recalled airbag..chris was very pleasant..i just question the validity of work done for $759 when they didn't even check something as simple as wiper blades yet checked off task as serviced. More

I took my Ram 3500 Laramie Diesel truck with 35,000 miles on it in for new Fuel Filters and Oil change. They sent it out ready to go with Air in fuel filters and system. This can Destroy the Fuel Pump and En on it in for new Fuel Filters and Oil change. They sent it out ready to go with Air in fuel filters and system. This can Destroy the Fuel Pump and Engine. I don't recommend Diesel Truck service at this Dealership. This review is coming from a person who plans on buying another 3500 Diesel Truck within 6 months. More

I couldn't believe how quick the repair was. Only thing I would suggest is letting the customer know the estimate price of labor and parts before they get there.
