No phone number provided on receipt or correct mileage for next oil change but written as current. Though it was sloppy on sticker. Oil on my steering wheel cover. I'm really wondering if tires where rotated being I didn't hear noise but that could be good sound barrier. A plus was the massage chair but need exhaust fan for restrooms being odor smell evident from employee using the same bathrooms customers do. New girl tapping on cel upon my destination of her not putting down as I entered door. The young guy racing around seemed a bit odd like near judging in body language as though afraid he was being looked upon. Worse thing is not knowing if you put a plastic on seat or paper on floor to keep clean the vehicle. I believe it smelled of armpit and cat xxxx when I got it back. Visually seeing oil on my grey steering cover is a nice way to set the pace on my attitude towards the place. More

I took my vehicle in for a recall repair. I was greeted kindly and shown right to the place that I needed to go. It took them 2 weeks to inspect my car and then when I went to pick it up after it was “fixed” it was still making the same noises so I took it back in and it took them another two weeks to look at it and went to pick it up after it was “fixed” it was still making the same noises so I took it back in and it took them another two weeks to look at it and then I called to check on it and the guy told me he forgot about me... after dropping 2 grand my car is still making the noise I needed fixed.
