Cost of service is to high, paid approximately $40 more for a service than anywhere else, beings it's a Chrysler dealer you would think it would be comparable, how could you expect someone to recommend you for a service than anywhere else, beings it's a Chrysler dealer you would think it would be comparable, how could you expect someone to recommend you if there's that big a difference, I usually pay $140 give or take a dollar or two, you all charged me $181.98, no thanks More

Came in with a car that stranded me the day before with a dead battery. When I returned I was happy they checked the car versus just installing a new battery, which they determined was good. They decided t dead battery. When I returned I was happy they checked the car versus just installing a new battery, which they determined was good. They decided the problem was a bad car phone charger draining my car battery. A few days later I was stranded again. I researched online & determined I had a dead key fab battery, which fixed the issue. Very disappointed the dealership didn’t figure that out. More

I was pleasantly surprised. Had been told at previous service that rear brake pads needed replacing. I went in to check on the progress and was told that was not true and the brake pads did not yet need service that rear brake pads needed replacing. They apologized for the misinformation, showed me photos and assured me they had handled an employment issue. I expressed that I appreciated their honesty which makes me feel as though my business is appreciated. More
