Do not buy a car from this place, or apply for a job! They are crooked as xxxx. Poor management, poor salesmen. I bought a 2017 chevy traverse from them a month ago. They were suppose to do an inspection before they sold it to me..John the uncertified tech they let work on my vehicle didn't tighten the stabilizer link that was put on my car. I had the car a week and had to replace pads and rotors. When I brought up to my salesman dick about the breaks he laughed and told me to turn the radio up to drown out the noise and told me that it wasn't a safty concern. This place is an absolute joke and I hope no one else gets sucked in to buying a 20,000 dollar peice of junk! More

I was given a price. For The key replacement and the airbag sensor of $450 and my bill was $562. I called Theresa and left a message about this and got no return call. The service staff seem competent. However as I was waiting in line to pay for my repairs and pick up my keys a man in the parts area approached the counter and spit. I assume he was chewing and I assume there was a trash can below the counter that he was spitting into but it was gross! The professionalism is lacking. Also the service area could use an overhaul. It looks like a service area being run out of someone’s garage. I guess I expect more from a dealership. More like your competitor Krapohl Ford. More
