Setting up an appointment was easy. Service on the car was done in less than two hours from the time of drop off. Estimated cost was accurate. Service representative was pleasant. However the representati was done in less than two hours from the time of drop off. Estimated cost was accurate. Service representative was pleasant. However the representative did not inform me of the estimated time it would take to repair. Representative did not offer me a ride home. I did not mind the exercise, but I could have avoided two 45-minute minute walks between the dealership in my home. I could have just waited at the dealership if I knew how short it would have taken.
