First time buying from a dealer I was on edge the whole time because this was all new to me. I didn't know what to expect. Went to a previous dealer only to find out that I was going I was on edge the whole time because this was all new to me. I didn't know what to expect. Went to a previous dealer only to find out that I was going to be put on a lease, NOT COOL! Brad was awesome and calm. Walked me through the whole process and was very up front with me with the process which I appreciated and respected. Even took the time to help me with the insurance changes, how everything worked in the car and welcomed me to keep in touch with questions and concerns.
