A pleasant way to spend the afternoon! Michele was a fabulous representative. We purchased the 2013 Ford Escape on 11/9, but had spent a previous afternoon whittling down various vehicles Michele was a fabulous representative. We purchased the 2013 Ford Escape on 11/9, but had spent a previous afternoon whittling down various vehicles in October, of which she spent a great deal of time with us on each vehicle. We looked at several SUV's and hatchbacks throughout the lot. Unfortunately, I got sick for several weeks, and couldn't make a purchase until I got better. Gail took care of our paperwork and helped me through the process of transferring our insurance from our previous vehicle to our new one. The entire staff is friendly with each other, very much like a family. I test-drove the vehicle prior to buying it, and it handles beautifully. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the Secretary of State website was down and I couldn't get my plate today. Paxton got the ball rolling while we waited for Michele to finish up with another couple. Overall a great experience. More
