I had a good experience with my salesman Colin, very excited about my 2016 Ram! Would never recommend this place to anybody. They put me in a defective car then refused to fix it claiming I was in the accident. Everyone at the service dept at the main lot is rude and treat us poorly e in a defective car then refused to fix it claiming I was in the accident. The manager at the "certified " used car lot called me and told me the car I was interested in coming to see was sold and recommended a car on his lot. It was not until after I bought the car he recommended to me that I realized that the car I was originally interested in on the other lot was still available. I bought my previous car from My Auto Imports and was happy with the whole experience which is why I went back but this is clearly not the same organization 3 years later. It had only been a few months since I bought my car and the salesman claimed he did not remember us or the car we bought when we went in to discuss repairs needed. That's pretty sad considering the amount of money we contributed to his paycheck. Now I see them as another shady used car lot. More
