My experience with my certified was amazing from the start. I was shopping online and found a vehicle I was interested in, I sent a message through the website and after chatting online for a few min start. Since I lived over a hour away, Cody sent me videos of the vehicle so I knew if I wanted to drive over and take it on a test drive. Cody was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and was easy to work with. After our test drive I noticed something wrong with the vehicle and Cody was right on it. Long story short, I was willing to purchase the vehicle if the problem was fixed. Cody went above and beyond again to make sure I was confident that the vehicle would be fixed and fixed right. Needless to say, it was a the weekend and the mechanic was off for the weekend. On Moday they got the vehicle in right away to diagnose the problem. Cody was in touch with me every step of the process, so they had to order the part for it and it wasn't due to arrive until Wednesday. They offered to have the vehicle delivered to me after it was fixed. Wednesday was Cody's only day off and he was still willing to keep in touch with me personally and was even willing to be at the dealership when I arrived Wednesday night after I got out of work to pick up the vehicle. All the paperwork was done and ready when I arrived. It was a seamless process and it was such a ease to work with Cody. I would highly recommend Cody to anyone purchasing a vehicle. This was the best auto buying experience I have ever experienced. Thank you Cody your outstanding! More
