This is the first time I have not had the best experience getting an oil change for my 2019 Subaru Forester. Unfortunately, not only did it take over an hour, the service workers spilled oil and my car smell getting an oil change for my 2019 Subaru Forester. On my way home the car started smoking inside and I called my husband and opened the windows. I've never had an experience such as this and wonder if I need to take my car elsewhere. More

I have to say going to this dealership service department, they’re on their game! We were kept updated every step of the way. It was also a good thing we went to the dealership because apparently department, they’re on their game! We were kept updated every step of the way. It was also a good thing we went to the dealership because apparently not all oil changes are done equally! The previous owner must’ve used one of those quick lube place because upon inspection at the dealership they found that someone stripped the oil filter housing and it was starting to leak. Thank goodness they had the part in-stock and was able to fix the problem and get us down the road. Oh buy the way the service waiting area is great too!! Free popcorn, coffee and soda. They even had a few arcade games and a good variety of books to read while waiting for your vehicle. More
