My Auto Import Center - Service Center

I was in for an oil change on 12-10-21. when 8 got there 2 other cars where in front of me. The service tech mixed up cars and told some else they needed tires and replace both cabin and air filters about $ 2 other cars where in front of me. The service tech mixed up cars and told some else they needed tires and replace both cabin and air filters about $650 worth of work on thier simple oil change and tire rotation. The lady was not happy when she had a new car and did not need this. Turns out it was my car that needed this and the service person had to explain and applogize to the other customer. But they never apologized to me for mixing up the cars. When the service dept mixes up cars it make me wonder what else they mixed up on a simple oil change. No oil sticker in the car either. I spent a ridulous amount of money on maintenance on my car and this just stresses me out that something will go wrong with my car because your service techs are in component. More
