I don’t understand the point of making an appointment when people are serviced first come first served. It took an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation and engine check, seems excessive when people are serviced first come first served. It took an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation and engine check, seems excessive considering the appointment was made 2 weeks ago and reminders sent multiple times. My experience at Crown Motors for my Honda is appointments are honored first. In addition they are half the cost for the same service and the car gets a curiosity car wash. I am not able to speak to the quality of the work yet. The waiting area was comfortable and quiet. More
