First experience with Subaru Service staff changed our long established policy that you just don't take the car to a dealership...cuz they overcharge and create issues that don't exist. Everyone was so kind and absolutely "can-do" about everything. I've never, ever said "Gee, that was fun" about a repair experience...your people are nothing short of wonderful, welcoming, attentive...just great and...absolutely fun! My auto import center does a great job and does it very professionally. This last visit was to repair several “little” items that had gone haywire with my car. They were ready for the car when I dropped i professionally. This last visit was to repair several “little” items that had gone haywire with my car.
