Heather is great, she knows how to work with the customer. The bills are always correct when she presents them, not so with others. The quick oil change employees could use training in thoroughnes customer. The bills are always correct when she presents them, not so with others. The quick oil change employees could use training in thoroughness. The stickers are sloppy and incorrect 50% of the time and they forget to reset the oil change settings on the dashboard 90% of the time, they have even left the underside of the dash board meeting unassembled and had to be asked to complete the job. I do appreciate continued loaners for free, per my original purchase agreement. Just letting you know to continue overall improvement. Thank you More

Recent service visit was incredible. update on my previous email. I spoke with Beth Smith, my service department rep. She assured me of followup with the technician that serviced my 2018 Audi Q5 , expressed apology I spoke with Beth Smith, my service department rep. I was pleased at first when he brought out the filters to me and showed me how bad they were but when I was driving down the road after I left and I specifically told him that my front drivers tire was low a me and showed me how bad they were but when I was driving down the road after I left and I specifically told him that my front drivers tire was low and to check it because I was leaving for vacation on Thursday and it was never done it was still at the same level of air pressure in all my tires but he did tell me that I would be needing tires soon so why didn’t they put air in my tires it makes me wonder if they even changed my oil and filled my fluids!! More
