We were disappointed in the wait time. We came for a simple oil change and had an appointment (not a walk-in) and we were there over 2 hours. Appointments should be honored, At the very least an explanation of a delay of more than 15-30 minutes should be forth coming from the staff. Your appointment booking procedure needs to be evaluated. I had a oil change at Myimports on Friday the 18th. Service was performed in a timely matter & the staff was very courteous. My only complaint was the two oily hands that closed my hood .
