Our most recent visit for service did not result in what we have come to expect from this Subaru dealership. We have had our car for 5 years and have never had an issue with the service department. We felt we have come to expect from this Subaru dealership. We have had our car for 5 years and have never had an issue with the service department. We felt rushed, two things we requested were not completed, and a needed part was not in stock. This will require a second trip to finish our needed service. More

Subaru service department took excellent care of me. After an initial visit where the problem symptoms couldn't be recreated, a problem with a brake pad was diagnosed and fixed in the same day. They go me in right away for the standard service that was included with vehicle purchase but when I asked about a specific issue I noticed they blew me off.
