I appreciate the service consultants. They do a great job. this is not the right time to ask me about the dealership's service department. Yesterday my wife had to pay for a part prior They do a great job. this is not the right time to ask me about the dealership's service department. Yesterday my wife had to pay for a part prior to the service. This is unheard of. I've been driving for 43 years and NEVER have I been asked to pay for a part for the dealership. Secondly and again no fault of the folks behind the counter, I've been without my vehicle since March 31st. Probably not even the dealership's fault however the dealership is my point of contact. First time I have not been extremely satisfied with them. They were really short handed so there's that. Went in for oil change. They found the air filter behind glove box was needing to be replaced. We gave They were really short handed so there's that. Went in for oil change. They found the air filter behind glove box was needing to be replaced. We gave permission. Went out, paid, and went to get in car. Glove box on floor. Called rep over. Not only did they not put glove box back in, they also didn't put in the filter. The rep did it, was fine. On way home, noticed my front passenger window would not go down. (Window lock was off, all other windows worked.) It worked that morning... Also noticed clock was wrong time. Was right when I got there. Not really sure if it's a giant coincidence, or they touched something? Going to take back end of week. More

Was TERRIBLE SERVICE 4 hours with an appointment to set the safety features in a new windshield! No communication was told it would be washed it was not! Saw one of your employees giving vulgar hand signal the safety features in a new windshield! No communication was told it would be washed it was not!
