22 Highlander with 7000 miles, has a rear main seal leak. Toyota quality is supposed to be the best. Not the dealerships fault, service department doing what they can. I have never had an issue with my auto in the past and my service was great with the exception of the scheduler. He listened to my concerns and took great care to deliver above and beyond service. He even followed up mid-service to ensure I didn’t have to wait one minute longer than necessary. I left very impressed with this dealership and their level of customer service, something I can’t say of my local dealer. More
