Constant Issues Had to take my 2011 Audi A4 in about 5 times over a 5 month span due to constant issues. Mickala was great to work with and helped me out ever step of the way, but the over all service was awful. The technicians missed certain fixes that caused me to continue to return. If my rating was solely on the service I received from Mickala, I would give it a 5 star, she is truly amazing to work with. However, do to the experience I had and the inconvenience I will not be returning my car here to get work done. Felt like every time I got my car back I was saying, "here we go again" after about a day of driving it. More

2008 A4 Brought my 2008 A4 2.0T in for air bag recal. While in, I had them look into my check engine light. I had been getting poor gas mileage and poor pick Brought my 2008 A4 2.0T in for air bag recal. While in, I had them look into my check engine light. I had been getting poor gas mileage and poor pick up on acceleration. They correctly and quickly diagnosed the car and fixed the issue and highlighted some other areas to be aware of. The loner car was fantastic and the service was excellent. They were very resanable on price and great to work with. I would recommend to anyone. Mackala was very knowledgeable and kept me up to speed with what was going on. I will be going back. More

Good to deal with. Good customer relations. I have dealt with other dealers from various makes and models and found my import to be less high pressure selling tactics.
