Exceptional Service That Saved Our Vacation In early August this year our much trusted and traveled Toyota Land Cruiser developed a worrisome clunk in the front left. We stopped at a Michigan r In early August this year our much trusted and traveled Toyota Land Cruiser developed a worrisome clunk in the front left. We stopped at a Michigan rest area and called the tow truck. The Cruiser was delivered to the My Auto Import Center in Muskegon, MI. I was at the Toyota service desk at 7:15 and was greeted by Kevin Sackett. The work sheet was full that day. Being 950 miles from home and needing our Cruiser road worthy we put our trust in Kevin to help us. Help us he did, by 4:00 pm that day our Cruiser was repaired of a wheel bearing issue and they also repaired sway bar links which resolved a second issue. Kevin Sackett came through for us with a very timely repair and also provided a loaner of a new Prius which was great! We even ended the day with a very reasonable service charge, and a restaurant recommendation from Kevin. The dinner was great and certainly the service from this dealer and most certainly the service from Kevin Sackett was exceptional and saved our vacation. John and Sandy Morgan Chapin, SC More

Excellent all around I went in for an oil change and left with a new truck. Sean went above and beyond and never once did I feel pressure to buy. Mickala was awesome I got the run around from another Audi Dealer in Kalamazoo on a recall on my vehicle. When I showed Mickala the paperwork from the other dealer, she I got the run around from another Audi Dealer in Kalamazoo on a recall on my vehicle. When I showed Mickala the paperwork from the other dealer, she contacted the regional office for Audi and she got them to agree to take care of the recall items on my vehicle. She also quoted me a better price than the other dealer for another repair I needed to have done. She was attentive to me as a customer and very confident in her abilities to to ensure the right repairs were being done on my vehicle. Additionally, I needed to drop my vehicle off well before opening time (5:30 AM). Without hesitation, Mickala met me at the dealership in the wee hours of the morning to give me a loaner car while my car undergoes repairs. Because of this great service I highly recommend My Auto Import Center of Muskegon and I have already referred other Audi owners to My Auto Import for service. One of my friends has an appointment setup next week for his vehicle. Thank you! More
