Great Service We just moved to Michigan and didn't know where to go. Loved the popcorn, and they even had Bibles in the waiting area. WOW! More

Rethinking my Suburu Service Provider Second visit for an oil change - first time too busy. Had coupon that was to be presented at write up. I did present, but it was on dash when I picked up car and the discount never given. I realized it 10 minutes up the road, didn't bother to return for a refund. Was dissuaded from pursuing the free car wash because one other car just went in and it would likely be an HOUR before completion, so I was told. It was suggested I complete an interval service program that would take less than an hour but yet cost $600 - I am sure it included some service parts but xxx? More

Through my purchases and recommendations to friends and family, Subaru has experienced over $300,000 in sales, but it made no difference to them - in fact, the person I spoke to at Subaru customer service was downright rude. I contacted Mark Leutzinger at My Auto Import as I've dealt with him before a found him to be very reliable. I explained my disappointment with Subaru (NOT My Auto Import) and he took it to the next level with his Subaru regional rep. End result? They not only met, but exceeded my expectations! My Auto Import, I will be back for future service and purchases because of Mark! He deserves a raise :-) More

Head gasket oil leak I spoke with Heather about the problem on a Wednesday. She got me in the following Monday and had the repair due by Wednesday. I have taken two cars here this year and had great service on both. If you need service work it is worth the drive to have it repaired here. More
