Very happy customer I needed my airbags replaced due to a recall as well as an oil change and detail. They gave me a loaner vehicle for no charge so I could easily get to I needed my airbags replaced due to a recall as well as an oil change and detail. They gave me a loaner vehicle for no charge so I could easily get to work and back. They called me to let me know my air filter and a couple bulbs also needed replaced before doing the work and charging me. When I picked my car up that evening, not only had all of the work been done beautifully but they also let me know a few things that I should be planning on getting fixed/updated in the coming few months as well as their costs - I didn’t feel like I was being sold services that weren’t needed but rather like a friend was watching out for my best interest. i would highly recommend My Auto Imports. More

Express oil change When I stopped in for an oil change I was greeted by Byrd the service writer, who could not have been friendlier. Top notch service! I had been avoiding taking my car into the dealer for warranty work due to the last couple of repairs at other Dealerships being absolute nightmares. I had been avoiding taking my car into the dealer for warranty work due to the last couple of repairs at other Dealerships being absolute nightmares. This was the first time I had a near stress free service! I had two issues with my 2016 VW Golf GTI that we’re handled timely and professionally. Mickala is extremely attentive and does everything she can to make you happy! I was given a loaner car upon dropping my car off and when it was discovered 1 of the 2 issues weren’t remedied correctly they let me keep the loaner and had it fixed correctly ASAP. I honestly couldn’t ask for better dealer service. I’ll definitely be back if another problem arises! Thanks again Mickala! More
