Two Thumbs Up I called for an oil change and a recall. Kim first scheduled me for an oil change, but not the recall because it was so recent. Later she called because she noticed a recall on the sound system in my 2018 Outback which was unknown to me. We rescheduled the oil change, I signed up for the this recall. I appreciate the extra service in this matter. I was not previously impressed with the sound system. The system change is remarkable! Thanks to Kim and her staff for staying on top of things.
