I brought my car in for my first 6000 mile oil change, and wa As we all know it's about "GOOD"customer service that keeps a client wanting to return. I brought my car in for my first 6000 mile oil change, and was shocked to see that just a normal oil change was done. I had asked that the mats be cleaned, they were not and the outside of the car was not clean. I asked that they do it correctly, which they did, although it left me feeling annoyed! I do not believe that is how you want customers to feel, I was also a bit surprised at the cost, when asked about the $ 2.65 shop charge, I was not given a very concise answer. Then a few days later the drivers door trim has come off . And now I will need to return...and am not very eager to do so.... Is that covered under warranty? I do hope so. More

Recall of gas gate calibration. The computer was updated to solve the calibration problem. After trying everything so that I wouldn't have to drive while holding the door closed, I locked it and unlocked it with the fob and door locks again and it finally closed and latched. Then I couldn't get out of the car through the drivers door. The side door would open but not the drivers door. I finally opened the window and put my hand on the door handle and it opened. More
