I left feeling I paid too much. My 2017 Subaru Outback had to have all tires replaced for a third time costing me excessive amounts of money. While this can’t be directly associated w the service here, I feel strongly that it reflects the lack of quality products sold by Subaru. I bought top quality tires each time, but performance is lacking. In buying this third set, I left with a total sense of paying too much for the service I received. I was told the price of the tires, but I wished I would of received a full cost estimate prior to okaying the work. The overall cost of the tires and labor associated w the new tires n alignment seemed excessive. More

Easy access to service. Oil change Felt as if nothing was explained to me when I picked up my car. recall appointment Arrived early for my appointment for recall work and they were able to get my vehicle right in. Very Poor I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. They forgot I was there. The service person left and did not tell the person covering for him my car was I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. They forgot I was there. Did the work but Brought in my Outback for an airbag recall. The work was done in about 1.5 hours though they quoted me 3. Great! They recommended a bunch of stuff that the car may need as expected and for which I appreciate. Was only really disappointed after I got back into my car. Apparently a political agenda was an important part of the technician's repair work. All my radio stations were wiped and a new set of stations was added to my presets that were more in line with techinician A65's beliefs. Hopefully he didn't spitefully do something to my car that I can't see. More

There has never been a time that she hasn't been professional and friendly. And there also has never been a time that I had to wait when i bring my car in and she always has the loaner car ready for me as well. Besides Mickala, My Auto does a great job of having a clean and inviting service area. I feel My Auto strives on a daily basis to have excellent dealership. More
