Since things are a little different now with my new (to me) Crosstrek being my baby and all, I decided to treat her and myself to the 42,000 mile service at the dealer. While I could have easily done the oil & filter myself for less than half the price, I must say I was quite impressed with the level of service at Subaru of Muskegon. It was quick and convenient (nice waiting area with fun old Subies on display). They even sent me a video of the under-body inspection. Cool. I may be a convert. More

Regained my trust!!! Initially, I had a very bad experience with My Auto; however, Javid, Byrd, Mickala, Lauren and Alex worked extremely hard to regain my trust.
