Everything but the squeak - I have a 2016 Toyota forerunner, and prior to that I have a 2004 forerunner. I’ve pretty much taken all of my service work to my import center bec - I have a 2016 Toyota forerunner, and prior to that I have a 2004 forerunner. I’ve pretty much taken all of my service work to my import center because you guys do a good job and I trust you. However, I am having a hard time getting a squeak in my brakes fixed. I’ve had my brakes done multiple times and it always remains – and your service department says it’s not the brakes. However, when I drive, I hear squeak squeak squeak squeak squeak. Would love to figure out how you guys can fix the squeak, not just do the breaks and say it’s not my problem. More

Service was done right the first time with practically no issues (my heads up display was turned off when I picked it up and took a minute to figure out how to turn back on). Wow. I refused to pay $300 and paid $217. I always have you take care of my Lexus and so did my sister when she owned it before me. First time disappointed. More

I asked what the cost would be for that service which is pretty standard on a vehicle with the mileage on my vehicle. I was only given a verbal price and was uncertain if I needed to get the work done asap or could wait. I was in a hurry as I had 2 other appointments that day. It would have been great to get a written estimate for the work along with the time allotted for the job. When I had time to do a bit of research I discovered I could wait about 5 to 10,000 miles to have the work done. I have had other work done at this dealership and was fairly treated and work was done well and promptly. I feel confident that the service staff is qualified and does good work. More

2019 Forester transmission concerns All managers were very kind and respectful and tried several times to find a solution to what I perceived as a transmission problem. (Jerky , as tho All managers were very kind and respectful and tried several times to find a solution to what I perceived as a transmission problem. (Jerky , as though the car was braking when coasting to slow down for a stop or curve, noticed when below 35 mph.) Turns out what I thought was a problem was just how the all wheel drive and CVT work together. I observed a similar sensation when driving the Crosstrek that I was given to drive while servicing my vehicle. I appreciate the service given by a heather, Eric & one other manager whose name I don’t recall. I am very happy with my 2019 Forester! More
