I was in for my 70k check-up and used a loaner. Due to a shortage of mechanics that day my car wasn't ready. Therefore I had a nice nap in the massage chair. When my car was ready to go, there was no charge because of the mistake. That's going the extra mile. That's why, even though I've moved to Allegan, I still get my service done with My Auto. More

Pleased and Not So Much Dear My Auto Import Center, Recently Nov 5, 2019 I brought my 4Runner in for it's customary 3,000 service. I came in without an appointment as I've Dear My Auto Import Center, Recently Nov 5, 2019 I brought my 4Runner in for it's customary 3,000 service. I came in without an appointment as I've come in before. The very courteous service writer greeted me with a smile and was pleasant. While telling him that my car needed an oil change and that I had two additional concerns, a Loud and Voice-trous man came from across the automotive side and said that there were no lifts available to check my car for any items of concern. I couldn't hear the original (oil change service writer) who was talking to me in plain tone over the other man who was speaking in Very Loud tone. Now all I wanted to have looked at was the (spare tire valve stem and the VSC Vehicle Stability Control light on the dash). The Loud man said that I'd need an appointment to have it looked at. I'm a Disabled Veteran and have a Very bad back (6 Back Surgeries) and can no longer work. At your facility as all other Toyota Sales and Service across the USA, I've always been greeted with courtesy and respect. Apparently this has changed at My Auto Import Center since my last visit. Nobody was smiling and all new staff; no familiar faces from previous visits, not 1. Has anyone ever suggested a Discount for Military and Veterans? If I return for service, it will only be for oil change. All other work will have to be done elsewhere. This was convenient for me as I live in Ludington 60 miles to the North.
