Recall I recently had a recall letter that stated it may take up to 1 1/2 hours to fix. My Auto was able to get me a later appointment and I was in and out I recently had a recall letter that stated it may take up to 1 1/2 hours to fix. They didn’t automatically wash my car like some dealerships do but when I asked about it, they were happy to wash it and, unlike other dealerships who simply run it through a machine, they hand washed and dried it. Taking care of things My wife has a Sienna that she never enjoys taking it in to service simply because the dealership she went to never treated her well AND in many cases My wife has a Sienna that she never enjoys taking it in to service simply because the dealership she went to never treated her well AND in many cases did not fix the issue. One time, this other dealership had to take care of a recall item and completely trashed the interior of the vehicle with no apology or remedy. I suggested to her that I would take her vehicle to My Auto next time as this is where I always took my business vehicle and have always had great service and they listened to what my needs were. At My Auto, I believe they strive to have a culture of courtesy as well as talent which has always made me feel valued, and confident that my vehicles are getting the maintenance they need to remain safe and in top condition.
