My Auto Import Center - Service Center

recall I was told I needed to come in for a recall. I was told a part was ordered and when it came in I would be called. I called when the part came in and s I was told I needed to come in for a recall. I was told a part was ordered and when it came in I would be called. I called when the part came in and scheduled an appointment. I was told it would take 2;5 hours so I scheduled vacation time off work. After 20 minutes I was told my car was done. I asked if the valve had been replaced and was told no it was only to check for something. I asked about the part that was specially ordered ... the repair person had no idea what I was talking about. The woman who works at the Subaru counter had no idea what I was talking about either. I waited for Eric to reappear and reminded him that they had ordered a part for me. After looking up records on the computer they agreed they had not done what I came in for and sent me back into the waiting room. Every time I come to this place for service I feel like they have no idea of what they are doing. Do you not have this information on your computer?? Also the woman who works the Subaru counter always calls me "hon" ... this is not cool and disrespectful. Please stop. More

Toyota service was very poor.. Although Rob was very friendly and tried to be helpful, Larry was surly and probably should not be behind a desk where he must interact with customers Although Rob was very friendly and tried to be helpful, Larry was surly and probably should not be behind a desk where he must interact with customers. He did not care. It also took three days to find out the original replacement part for my car was not available and that an upgrade would cost almost three times as much as the original. They could have told me that within 10 minutes if they cared at all about keeping a good customer. They inconvenienced me for three days and did nothing to fix the car. I am very disappointed. Although Larry told me the part was not available from Toyota, I found the original Toyota OEM part on Amazon within a few minutes and will fix my car myself. Positives: I really appreciated the shuttle service and the drivers were very friendly. More

Does not go extra mile in customer service Engine service soon light on. Staff wouldn’t tell me why light was on while they are doing an oil change. Snow tire swap. I am always happy when dealing with Eric and Heather when I need service. They always are friendly and easy to work with.
