I am sorry to hear that you feel you this way. I spoke with my Service Manager regarding your situation. From my understanding we had two separate Toyota Certified Technicians look at your vehicle and neither were able to duplicate your concerns with your vehicle. I know our Service Manager has been in contact with you multiple times over the phone but we can't seem to come to a resolution.
