One Tiny Improvement I was promised a call when my recall service was completed. I wanted one because I’m not from Muskegon and was killing time with a friend while it was I was promised a call when my recall service was completed. I never got a call so we decided to go back there after 3 hours to see how much longer it would be. My car was done and parked off to the side. When I went in my keys and paperwork were about 4th in the pile. This tells me it had been done for awhile. More

24k oil change and tire rotation I bought my Subaru Forester from Steven and he has been very helpful. Each time I bring it in for service he’s there to answer questions. Waiting.. I brought by 2016 Outback in on Wednesday December 4th for repair of scrapes on my back bumper which I believed would be covered under the full prot I brought by 2016 Outback in on Wednesday December 4th for repair of scrapes on my back bumper which I believed would be covered under the full protection plan we bought at the time of buying our new car from Mr. Grosbeck. I recieved a free inspection on my email so thought as long as i was bringing the car in for repair I would take advantage of this at the same time. Rotated my tires and did the free oil change as I was given 5 oil changes free from Mr. Groesbeck at the time buy the full protection plan. So the guy looks at the scrape and says he's not sure this is covered under the protection plan. Telling be this when we first came in. Said he would check on it while we were waiting for our car to be serviced. Service is done and he says he has not heard back yet, but would call by Friday Dec 6 at the latest and let us know. So, that means another trip to the dealership from Grand Haven Township and another appointment. Have not heard a word from anybody. Were not happy. More
Repairs When I came in I said that there was something wrong with my brakes along with an oil change.. They said My oil pan was leaking and needed repairing. When I came in I said that there was something wrong with my brakes along with an oil change.. They said My oil pan was leaking and needed repairing. Only after they started working on that did they find that I needed new rear brakes. It was too late to do the brakes so provided a ride home. I had an appointment at the hospital at 11:00 the next morning. I called early the next morning and left a message. When it was getting closer to my appointment time I called a couple more times and left messages.. When that did not work I called the operator and she said to call the shuttle driver, which I did and arrived just in time.. I am surprrised that they did not know about the brakes ( they had noises when pressed) until the tech was working on another problem. When the oil change was done they only said that I had an oil leak and I had said what about the brakes for which they had no knowledge of !i! More
