Morning employees not friendly. I usually deal with the subaru side which is ALWAYS AMAZING so I decided to bring the company vehicles to the other service department. When we arrive I usually deal with the subaru side which is ALWAYS AMAZING so I decided to bring the company vehicles to the other service department. When we arrived there were many counters and not one employee greeted me. I walked up to the closet counter and asked a man named Kris if this was where I was supposed to check in and he barked at me "I'll be with you in a minute" I did get a call later from Larry and he was very professional and the girl that took payment was great. I was never told when the vehicle was done either. If I return , I won't be going there in the morning because noone is friendly that early. More

I've always enjoyed going to the service center at Subaru of Muskegon. The team has always been polite, considerate, thorough, and in my opinion, well-organized. I visited for a recall issue on the front passenger airbag. The service intake person greeted me promptly, had my information ready, took the vehicle right back, and it was completed sooner than they airbag. The service work became very inconvenient when we had a ridiculous time trying to get picked up by your shuttle service. Teach your people to LISTEN. My husband had to call back SIX times to get the correc ridiculous time trying to get picked up by your shuttle service. Teach your people to LISTEN. My husband had to call back SIX times to get the correct information to the shuttle driver. Your employees were too quick to just spout off their information or pass him off to another extension. If they would have listened the first time he wouldn’t have wasted so much of his work day.
