Great Service - Dirty Car The service was great, everyone was friendly, it was fast and the waiting room was nice. Lots of things to keep my 4 year old busy while we waited. The only complaint I have is that when I got my truck home, there were quite a few spots on the outside and interior of my truck made by motor oil covered hands. One of them was on the light gray, textured plastic. I live an hour away, so I ended up trying to get the stains out myself. They all came off okay except for the one on the light gray plastic. That was disappointing because this was a brand new truck. More

I have been at other Subaru dealerships for service where I feel like a number and am just getting my car pushed through. Very importantly we have had good outcomes from Muskegon Subaru. We have not had to return for something forgotten or not done correctly (which has happened at another dealership). I also appreciate the size of your showroom. I had to wait a couple of hours, and was able to sit in the child's play area away from other people--which I appreciated during the COVID outbreak in May 2020. We drive out of our way to go to the Muskegon Dealership. More
