They scheduled an appointment to check the battery on my 2022 Leaf. After waiting almost 4 hours, I was informed my car would not get checked out because they were short a technician, and there was confusio 2022 Leaf. The Subaru service department did a great job tracking down my problem and fixing my Forester. The waiting area includes comfortable seating in a variety of locations and I particularly like the workstat down my problem and fixing my Forester. Went in for a "scheduled"recall on 1 yr old Highlander. It was a Thursday, not too busy. Was told it was going to be a hour for a reprogram. Checked in after an hour and a half as was told another 15 minu It was a Thursday, not too busy. Was told it was going to be a hour for a reprogram. Checked in after an hour and a half as was told another 15 minutes, the internet was running slow?? really! After 2 1/2 hours I was out. No apologies, all the controls, clock, etc had to be reset. This is not the service garage it used to be. More
