We took the car in to be serviced. The differential was leaking. Was given one amount to fix it. But then was sent another amount as a total. I was nearly double the first amount. After some back and forth was finally told they would just take care of it. Fast forward 6 weeks. The truck was back in again for the same problem. It was not fix right the first time. And it was another $400 to fix it. Why didn’t they just fix it right the first time. When on the phone with robin. She was not answering our question. Was getting mad that we didn’t just go with it. Said she had a customer in front of her. And she couldn’t talk to us anymore. Small issue. She didn’t hang the phone up and we could hear her slamming us to the customer/co workers. Poor poor customer service. We will never take any of our 4 vehicles soon to be 5 vehicles there again for service. More
They couldn't find out why my truck wouldn't start, it appears all they did was check the battery. Their warranty doesn't cover brakes past 12,ooo miles. Excellent customer service.
