My car wasn’t serviced despite being left at the dealership. I made arrangements for a ride to and from the dealership, left my keys in the car, and when I arrived no work had been done. When I made dealership. I made arrangements for a ride to and from the dealership, left my keys in the car, and when I arrived no work had been done. When I made the appointment I let the person know I would be arriving before opening so I would leave the keys in the car. She didn’t mention the key drop box and never having serviced my car after hours before, I didn’t know. No one called at my appointment time to ask about my car or why I missed the appointment either. It took an hour and a half after I arrived to get here oil changed. Also, I don’t know who I have to speak to, but I’ve asked at least four different people to change the name on the account and it still isn’t done. More
