This was the worst experience we have ever had with a service facility. They failed to do 2 of the 3 recalls we took it in for. For the one recall they worked on, they overfilled the engine with oil. service facility. They failed to do 2 of the 3 recalls we took it in for. For the one recall they worked on, they overfilled the engine with oil. We had to take it to another shop to get it fixed. Instead of doing the work we took it in for, they said it needed other work that we were charged over $100 for. More

I bought a new Nissian Pathfinder from My Auto about 6 months ago.We both loved the car. I started having problems with the car sensors when the bad weather came. I went back to my auto and told Rob our s months ago.We both loved the car. I started having problems with the car sensors when the bad weather came. I went back to my auto and told Rob our salesman what the car was doing,and I was thinking maybe I needed a different car.No one told me they do that in the snow. I had told Rob I would like to see a Totota Highlander when I got the Nissian. Well he had 1 on the way. While we were there it came in.Well we said we would take it .We went back the next day to get the car and we had to make the deal.We were there quite a while but we made the deal.I took the car home,that was Friday.I didn't look the paperwork over until Sunday Night.I know I should have paid more attention at the dealer. The finance man went over the papers but he had to go back and fourth to the finance dept. then back to me.Anyhow I thought the loan couldn't be more than 84 months.Well when I looked at the paperwork,the finance man had set the loan at 90 mos. Plus he also put on the papers I gave him over $4,000 cash when I didn't give him anything.The car being to small for our family to all be able to fit in to go on vacation we decided to take the car back and get the Nissian Pathfinder we had traded.The Pathfinder was still there so I told Rob I wanted to cancel the Toyota and take the Pathfinder back with me. It was my understanding I had 72 hours to change my mind.I got the car on Friday and this was Monday so it had to be settled that day.Well Rob went to the finance dept.and came back and told me they were all in a meeting and would call later.Of course that didn't happen. So I called that afternoon and talked to a man in finance and he said he would get with Rob and call me back later.Well that call didn't come either.So that ended the 72 hour return. So I and my wife took the papers and went back to My Auto so someone could explain what was going on.I didn't get the man that did the deal.So the man tried to explained what was going on but I still didn't understand.We were told there was nothing we could do so may as well take the Toyota and go home. .This probably won"t matter,but I have Parkinsons Disease and most everyone at My Auto knows it because I've been there so often.The man that tried to explain the papers to us waited until I walked away and told my wife maybe she should get a power of attorney and take away my right to make major decisions.Maybe it's true but I just didn't appreciate that.So you know I'll never be back to buy anything from My Auto. And i'll be sure to let others know how it is there. Another thing,my wife and I like to say we are christians and we thought the owners and most of the people there were also. More

I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. My car then sat for 55 minutes before the mechanic came to get it. Another hour went by before I received an email asking if I wanted additional wo My car then sat for 55 minutes before the mechanic came to get it. Another hour went by before I received an email asking if I wanted additional work done. I declined and expected my car to come out shortly. Nope, didn't happen that way. After 20 minutes of waiting I decided to go to the Nissan desk in the garage to see what the hold up was. The service person at the desk then asked me if I wanted any of the additional work done. No I just want my car so I can go home. Waited another 20 minutes before my car finally showed up. It seems there is too much attention to upselling and not enough attention paid to communication. The recall that I had serviced shouldn't have taken more that 30 to 40 minutes to do. More
