I explained that I was going to be giving this car to my daughters next year and wanted everything checked top to bottom. They didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t need I added extras myself and they even told me I didn’t need some things I had asked for. The guys have always been fair and honest I hate to see them leaving Rivergate to move to Mt. Juliet but next year I will drive the extra distance to purchase my new vehicle from them and probably my maintenance as well. More

And I believe it is because of one man, Archie Becquet . That man was on his hands and knees yesterday after I was serviced, looking in between my seats to try and find a key I had misplaced. He, no more than a man in the moon had to do that! He is the best and most helpfully, wonderful Service Mgr., I have ever even dreamed of doing business with. He is just a fine man...a fine person! I thought to myself yesterday as I was driving out of the service parking lot that I was going to buy my next car there again because of the way he treats me, his customer! Robert Sharp was also amazing wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful yesterday. They are a totally awesome team every time I go in. They really care about their customers and they take care of me too... watching out for my good. I really mean that. I am a single parent (children grown all but one I am raising twice still ..ha but really) And I just want to say Kudos again and again! Thanks so much!!! More
Service department gave us the run-around for MONTHS Customer service saw our 2015 Odyssey no fewer than 6 times and the malfunction remains exactly the same. Unknowingly, I bought a lemon from Crest Ho Customer service saw our 2015 Odyssey no fewer than 6 times and the malfunction remains exactly the same. Unknowingly, I bought a lemon from Crest Honda with a major transmission issue. Drives very rough - engine light and transmission message appear on the dash. Each time they ask us to bring it in, there is a different test or excuse - never resolve the issue. We had to bring it in for several consecutive oil changes (why?!?) at our expense in order for them to believe there is a leak. This department never seems to have a rental car for us - a family of five who depends on our Odyssey. I have owned 4 Hondas in a row, but Honda has lost our business and our goodwill because of this service department! More

I told him I wanted the car as I had been looking for one... an Acura RDX. The first offer from Josh the sames manager after looking at my car... I knew worth $1500... was $28995 PLUS $1155 for reconditioning and $1500 for my trade in. I then stated that the web says $1000 more... Josh does that... then I state well that is not the price you advertised and Josh changed the price to $26867, then I went personally to Josh to ask about the $1155 and he said I should be happy as that shows they reconditioned the car. I told him that his advertised price should have that included to which he seemed shocked as if this was a stupid business practice. He told me most customers like that he has this "added" amount to the advertised price as it shows it had repairs! I informed him that I was going to buy a car from Music City three months before but that the advertised price was $1800 more than Crest Honda so I drove the 15 miles there to save $1800. Oddly, the sales man at Crest said, and Music City is known for not selling you the car for the price on the internet! Guess I should have gone back to them again as this is crazy. Josh told me it was a great deal and I said I am buying the car as it is the one I want but I can get one form Carvanna for $200 less or CarMax for $1000 less but I do not want one shipped that I mat reject... I value seeing and driving the car before I buy it. I told him I would buy it but that his $1155 deceptive price changing would cost the dealership $50000. Understand that they will change the price and just go somewhere else.BTW... went there due to the service department... loved them. More
