From the initial internet inquiry, to the final sale, I received more than I expected at each step. Our sales coordinator, Sharon Cooper, was prompt and responsive, without over-selling. She negotiated fairly, coordinated a lower financing rate than the already competitive AAA rate we were planning to use, and gave us more than we expected for for on our trade-in. She even removed and switched our plates for us personally. Financing was low pressure, with no last minute surprises. In over 30 years of buying, this was my most pleasant car purchasing experience by far. I will be recommending Trickett to others for sure. More
