I recommend you to stay away from this place. Sales Manager will gaslight you saying they will call you back, they won’t. I passed on buying a Tesla yesterday because they told me everythin Sales Manager will gaslight you saying they will call you back, they won’t. I passed on buying a Tesla yesterday because they told me everything was good, when it wasn’t. And the Tesla at the other dealer sold this PM. This is sketchy and they lie about approvals not disclosing what’s really going on to their benefit. They told me my deal was approved, and it wasn't. I called and said “Can I speak to finance?” This guy replied “I hope you can” lol… This place is a joke. This is the reason these old fashioned dealers are dying. More

I bought a used car from this dealership, within a month I had it at the mechanic and found it needed a new ECM/Computer and that part is not available. I called around to multiple dealerships trying to find one that was not selling new Civic Type R’s for over MSRP. When I called Music City Honda, I got Andrew Perry on the phone. Andrew told me , the deal one that was not selling new Civic Type R’s for over MSRP. When I called Music City Honda, I got Andrew Perry on the phone. Andrew told me , the dealership is not one of the dealers that charges over MSRP and he went on to say that he didn’t agree with dealers that chose to do that. I asked if the dealership was expecting any new Civic Type R’s in because, I didn’t see any on the website for sale. Andrew told me the dealership was expecting a white one in the next 2 -6 weeks. He also went on to say that he had a used 2021 in the showroom, I told him I was more interested in the 2023 model that was coming in. After a 41 minute phone call with Andrew I agreed to bring in my trade and if I was happy with all the numbers, I could then place a deposit on the 2023 that was inbound. Upon my arrival, Andrew was assisting another customer. I then met Jim, the sales manager and Fred, the salesman I would be working with. I explained the situation to Fred and his first goal was to get a trade in price for my car. I sat and waited about 10-15 minutes. Fred then sat down, gave me the price for my car and then said he had a couple of “discrepancies” to talk with me about. Fred began telling me that Music City Honda does charge more than MSRP for new Civic type R’s! He then went on to tell me that there was no date in their system for when the new Civic Type R would actually land in the dealership! So, while I was trying to pull myself together after Andrew had outright lied to me about these two issues, Jim the sales manager popped his head into Fred’s office. Jim wanted to apologize but did not want to do anything to fix the situation. I told Jim to “F” off and started to walk away. Jim then yelled to me, “and the same to you!”. I spun around and asked Jim what he had said. His reply was, well, you said it to me. I then turned and walked out of the dealership. I guess, in Jim’s mind, I had no right to be angry and should have just left. Maybe they lie to all of their customers to get them to show up at the dealership. Stay away from this dealership, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS or CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
I put down a $500 deposit that they said was refundable multiple times if the car came in and I didn’t like it or changed my mind. They said it would be there in less than a week. It took nearly 2 weeks, w multiple times if the car came in and I didn’t like it or changed my mind. They said it would be there in less than a week. It took nearly 2 weeks, which is no big deal, but I had found another car with everything I wanted for a cheaper price. Honda could not offer me this car at the same price as the other one I was interested in. No problem, I understand that. Konnor was very friendly and polite throughout this process, however, the sales manager continued to pressure me and talk down to me. I never received my deposit back and every time I call about it, they just send me to a manager’s voicemail. If the deposit is non-refundable, they should not have told me otherwise. More

The people at this dealership were willing to work with you. I have NOTHING bad I can say. The salesman, the managers in all departments were all great during my experience. They did all they could do to m you. I have NOTHING bad I can say. The salesman, the managers in all departments were all great during my experience. They did all they could do to make our deal work. Something unfortunate happened on my end and I couldn’t complete the purchase and my deposit was returned no questions asked. A well deserved rating is the least I could do. Jimmie More
