Mr Roche listened to exactly what I wanted and helped me find the right vehicle for me and my family. He also took the time to familiarize me with my new vehicle before I left the lot. The entire team was very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable during my car search and purchase. More

UNprofessional I have an interview for a Slaes Manager position with this dealership. Mr. Hayden Moore the GM claled me to set the interview for 9 am on a Friday. I have an interview for a Slaes Manager position with this dealership. Mr. Hayden Moore the GM claled me to set the interview for 9 am on a Friday. I arrived a few minutes early, asked for Mr. Moore. No one knew where he was. Suggested I go to the other building. I went to the other building, asked for Mr. Moore. I was told he was in the building I just came from and they would call him. I sat...I waited. I text him twice, I called him myself. One hour went by with no contact...not only from Mr. Moore but from ANYONE that works there to check on me. Even new sales people that walked in did not bother to check to see if I was being served. They had no clue if I was there for an interview or to drive a car. During my hour long wait...One of the head sales guys was uttering profanities, dropping f-bombs about not having time to attend a sales meeting because he has 20 xxxxx cars to check in...and they could kiss is a**. Mr Moore never replied to my texts, never showed up and no one bothered to call him again for me. Not sure if you can get a good deal or not on a car from this dealership...but, selling cars is all about integrity and customer service. Not impressed at all. More

Poor Customer Service from Hayden Moore I visited Music City Honda on Saturday December 10, 2016 in attempts to trade my current 2014 Honda Accord Sport which i had leased at this same deale I visited Music City Honda on Saturday December 10, 2016 in attempts to trade my current 2014 Honda Accord Sport which i had leased at this same dealership 2 years ago for a 2017 Honda Accord Sport. I spoke with a gentlemen i believe named Norman or Chris. He was very helpful. I expressed to him the per month cost i needed to be at and he was trying to work with me.I understood i was over with my allotted miles however i advised him of my proposal. He walked away to explain my offer to his manager Hayden Moore. They were roughly about 100 feet away and i could clearly hear Hayden Moore being very rude to him stating "Its not our fault he has added all these miles unto his leased vehicle. Somebody is going to have to pay for those miles." Chris/Norman approached me to deliver the news they could not accept my offer ti turn my vehicle in, in exchange for a new Honda. I explained to him even if my offer was accepted i would not do business with this Honda dealership. He approached Hayden Moore and advised him i had heard there conversation and Hayden Moore approached me in attempt to explain himself and he made the situation worst by degrading his employee and saying "this is his first lease and i needed him to understand the lease process." Quiet frankly Hayden Moore should not be in a position to manage with such a poor customer service attitude not to mention a poor manager. Sad to say this was not the same experience i had 2 years ago with Bill Steed and i will not be doing business with Music City Honda nor recommending anyone there. -Fernando More

Horrible management. First let me say that the sales person was amazing. Justin Scott was willing to work and help me find what I was looking for. Where everything went s First let me say that the sales person was amazing. Justin Scott was willing to work and help me find what I was looking for. Where everything went south was the individuals Justin had to talk to. I explained my situation about not wanting to run my credit before the numbers was agreed on. Was told nope not doing that unless i was going to buy a vehicle. Didn't want to waist their time.... Well if I was there, I was there for a reason. We've bought 3 vehicles from Trickett Honda. Too bad the name doesn't hold up after being sold! Immediately went to Bob Frensley down the road and bought a new jeep. They had no problem working the numbers. I guess they actually care about their future customer!! Every person I know WILL know the horrible service I received. Besides Justin Scott! He is top notch! Too bad he works there. More

I was impressed with both cars, enough to run a credit check, analyze the trade-in value, etc. In truth, I was quite close the buying the HR-V, but I wasn't quite sure, due to the high financing rate compared to some competitors we had visited earlier in the day. I decided that I needed to take a break and think about everything before making a final decision, especially as a first-time car buyer. But, when we told our sales associate we wanted to take a break, he asked us to wait, while he brought in Nick from financing to speak with us. When we explained that we wanted to take some time to think, the Nick got very defensive and said, "Well, why did you even come in to look if it wasn't what you wanted?" His attitude was immediately one of anger and arrogance, and when I said that I just needed time to think and wouldn't be bullied into a major purchase, he began shouting at my father about how WE were being inappropriate, and that he "preferred quality," heavily implying that we were idiots to go anywhere else. When I, calmly but firmly, said "This antagonism is making me want to walk out the door right now," the finance guy shouted, "I hope you do," and stormed off, gesturing toward the door. It was APPALLINGLY unprofessional behavior that treated my father and myself like objects to be dealt with rather than people who simply needed more time to think before making a major purchase. The staff member's behavior was childish and unprofessional, and ultimately cost Music City Honda the deal on the car...when, really, I just needed half an hour at Starbucks to clear my head. More
