I’ve owned over 30 cars in my 50 years on the planet ...90 percent of those having been purchased from a dealer. This was, hands-down, the worst experience I’ve had at any dealership...ever. Phone ca ...90 percent of those having been purchased from a dealer. This was, hands-down, the worst experience I’ve had at any dealership...ever. Phone calls: almost impossible to get someone on the phone, and then when successful, it would take forever to get the right person. We purchased used. On delivery there were a couple of issues which needed to be resolved. These were not resolved until two months later and only after multiple unsuccessful calls and trips. Was told to return on a certain date in the late morning to have the issues resolved. During this visit I watched one employee write a big note and tape it on to another employee’s computer screen regarding an item which needed to be ordered for us. When I returned on that specific date and time, that item had not been ordered and the other issue could be resolved... in fact, communication and planning were such a mess on their end that they were surprised to see me. I was then asked to come a few weeks later. They just couldn’t get their act together. The best customer service we received was from Marty, unfortunately he frequently was out of the loop, and did not have the authority during the process to save this transaction from a poor review, which is sad because he was wonderful. The rest of the employees range from seeming to be aloof to purposefully not giving a xxxx. More
No more Apple Gang I bought a new Honda Accord at Trickett Honda in 1996 and used their Apple Gang $10 oil change several times thereafter. When the dealership was sold I bought a new Honda Accord at Trickett Honda in 1996 and used their Apple Gang $10 oil change several times thereafter. When the dealership was sold to Music City, they still honored the original $10 oil change the first couple of times I went in. However, when I took my car in last Thursday I was told they were not honoring it, that was something from the old store. More

Time it took to have a window motor repaired exceeded theee hours. Also had a steel alloy wheel looked at. The chip that looked a little like a spot where acid may have gotten on the wheel was deemed a “rock chip”? I am thinking that if rocks can chip steel alloy wheels there would be a lot of crappy looking wheels out there. Make of it what you will, but sounds like a case of “don’t want to deal with it” to me. Did I say the people were nice? They are. More

They took me in immediately, found a serious problem that they could fix, without charge, until I could get back home and got me on my way in 1.5 hours! The personal service and mostly, the concern for my predicament, made this a really positive experience. More
Bad experience My purchase went fine, but the paperwork had to be redone. Not a huge deal, but then 2 weeks later I was contacted that other paperwork was missed. My purchase went fine, but the paperwork had to be redone. Not a huge deal, but then 2 weeks later I was contacted that other paperwork was missed. It has now been over 2 months since the initial purchase and still no license plate. There was also a delay in paying my trade off which cost me money and late payments in my credit report. This has definitely turned me off this dealership and I don't recommend doing business with them. More

I live in Jacksonville, FL and had been searching for my dream car for weeks. I did not have good experiences with several dealerships all over Florida and some out of State. When we found the car I wanted at Music City Honda, I was hesitant because of having to “make a deal” that far from home. Macy was really responsive, answered all of my questions, and put my mind at ease, all through long-distance communication. Macy went above and beyond to help me get what I needed to have for my trade-in and what I wanted to pay for my new car. Once we came to an agreement, I needed to make arrangements to drive from Jacksonville, FL to Nashville, TN. I asked Macy if they would hold the car for me and they did. The following Saturday my husband and I arrived at Music City Honda to find the car was exactly what I was led to believe and it was absolutely perfect! I got chills when I saw it. I was SO happy and relieved! The transaction was seamless and stress-free. I cannot say enough great things about Macy. For those of you who did not have such a great experience, I would give them a second chance and ask for Macy. She is awesome!! Thanks, Macy and Music City Honda! More

I was so impressed when I got there just before they closed to get air in my tires. And little did I know, Mr. Becquet would quickly find the source of the problem, a nail. He immediately expedited it's removal as he sped the process, performing this in his nice clothes himself! He is a great customer service representative for the dealership. He is always kind, friendly and assisting along with many other staff employees I've had the pleasure of interfacing with. Kudos to Music City Honda as they, (as usual) saved my day! I had no idea about the nail! They saved me in the nick of time as I had recently bought two new tires because of the previous nail experiences. They caught it before it badly punctured my tire to the point of having to replace another newly bought tire. High Regards, Debbie S. White House, TN More
Bait and switch, damaged vehicles and fishy financing I did not have a good experience here. Price on the new car was ok...but it was damaged by them in-between our viewing and completing the paperwork. Got outside and there was a grease stain in the seat. It was also filthy - mud on the matts, dirt and glue on the outside. It took 3 additional trips to the dealership for them to replace the seat cover...why? They gave us a false credit report showing the score 100 points lower than it actually is -- found out when I went to the bank because I was afraid my identity had been stolen. Then the finance guy tried to stiff us on the highest rate available when there was one half it's price available. The GM offered to fill up my gas tank to "make it up" to me and said he'd get me a deal on window tints. His deal was $500 and Crest Honda was $300 without the deal...hmm. Lots of lip service and they never even filled up the tank.... Negotiations drove me up a wall, of course. 9 hours at the dealership going through paperwork. Numbers are verbalized as one thing and come back as another. They were also reaching out to us for weeks after to follow up with paperwork they forgot to give us. My only good experience was with Archie at the end of the day. Once he got involved he helped resolve the damaged vehicel and gave me his cell phone so I didn't have to deal with Hayden. More
